Daughters of Dracula

Join us on Thursday, 28 October, at 7pm for a discussion about how vampires, ghosts and the undead continue to inform depictions of the body, maternity and sexuality in contemporary Irish women’s writing. Led by Dr Katie Mishler, the event will feature writers Sarah Davis-Goff, Doireann Ní Ghríofa and Sophie White. Please note that while the in-person event is now sold out, the event will be livestreamed – book your place using the link below!

Bright Sparks Creative Bursts #7: Hidden Stories

In this Bright Sparks Creative Burst explore hidden stories by using everyday junk found around the house to inspire us to create some original pieces of work. With a little inspiration from Sarah Crossan’s #wearethepoets postcards, Sarah Webb uses blackout poetry and highlights words to make a poem.
