Mark O’Connell and Carlo Gébler in conversation


Author of How to be a Machine and Notes from An Apocalypse, Mark O’Connell was awarded the 2019 Rooney Prize for Irish Literature, an annual award for a writer under the age of forty. Here, O’Connell is heard in conversation with the writer Carlo Gébler, with an introduction by Caitriona Lally, who was awarded the prize in 2018.
