Learning Resources
MoLI is a fun and social environment for learners of all ages. Below are just some of the many learning we provide. We want people to explore their creative potential, and hopefully these resources can help with that.
Children
For children and families, we have Bright Sparks Creative Bursts on our Youtube channel. These are creative writing prompts and games for children and families to do at home by award-winning children’s writer and children’s book champion Sarah Webb.
Young Adults
For teenage (and adult!) writers, we have NovelTeens. This is an online series of eight creative writing mini-masterclasses delivered by Irish YA authors, like Deirdre Sullivan, Darren Shan and Dave Rudden. We also have a NovelTeens podcast featuring interviews with Louise O’Neill, Sarah Maria Griffin and E.R. Murray on RadioMoLI.
RadioMoLI
Tune into RadioMoLI – our digital radio station for Irish literature. There is a wealth of educational and entertaining podcasts to dig into, beautiful stories and poetry, fascinating discussion and informative lectures.
Visit MoLI
Irish secondary schools (1st – 6th years), Youthreach and Training Centres, accompanied by their teacher or facilitator, can visit MoLI free of charge for a self-guided tour. Email [email protected] to book in.
Finally, free Scavenger Hunt resource sheets and pencils are available at reception and online. A Teacher's Guide for self-guided second level tours is also available.
