1. Introduction
Welcome to the Museum of Literature Ireland (MoLI) ('we', 'us', 'our'). These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of our website at moli.ie, the online shop at shop.moli.ie, our membership offering at moli.ie/membership ('Membership'), and ticketing through our partner TicketingHub for events ('Tickets'). By using our website, purchasing Memberships, Tickets or goods from our shop, you accept these Terms.

3. Use of the Website
Please provide accurate, current and complete information when using this website. Please keep your account details secure, and do not use the Site for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
4. Definitions
‘Goods’ means any products offered for sale via our online shop at shop.moli.ie.
‘Membership’ means any subscription or membership purchased at moli.ie/membership.
‘Tickets’ means tickets purchased via TicketingHub for events.
‘Partner’ means TicketingHub or other third-party provider.
‘You’ means the customer or user.
5. Goods — Online Shop
Orders: Goods are ordered via shop.moli.ie. Once accepted, a contract is made. Prices are shown in EUR, inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery terms and cancellation rights will be provided on the website. Risk passes to you upon delivery; title remains with us until payment is complete. Faulty goods will be handled per Irish consumer law.
6. Memberships
Purchasing a Membership creates a contract between you and us. Payment is taken at checkout. If auto-renewal applies, you’ll be notified and can cancel before renewal. Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable. Refunds follow the stated policy.
7. Tickets (via TicketingHub)
Tickets are sold via our partner TicketingHub under both their and our terms. Payment is handled by TicketingHub. Event changes or cancellations follow organiser and TicketingHub policies. Refunds are managed accordingly.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, video, software) is owned or licensed by us. You may view or print one copy for personal use only. No reproduction or redistribution without consent.
9. User Conduct
You must not use the Site to break laws, post illegal or defamatory content, or interfere with the Site’s operation.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Cancellation & Refunds Summary
Goods: Subject to our Returns Policy and EU consumer rights.
Memberships: Refer to specific terms for cancellation.
Tickets: Refunds follow organiser and TicketingHub policies.
