Thank you for purchasing MoLI Membership. By purchasing a membership through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your transaction.

1. Membership Overview

1.2 Membership benefits are subject to change at MoLI’s discretion. Updates to benefits will be communicated via email or on our website.

2. Membership Fees

2.1 Membership fees are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
2.2 Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
2.3 Recurring memberships will automatically renew, unless canceled, at the prevailing rate. You will receive a reminder prior to renewal.

3. Membership Duration and Renewal

3.1 Membership is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
3.2 Renewals will be processed automatically (if applicable) using the payment method on file.
3.3 You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account or by contacting our team.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

4.1 If you purchase a membership online, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU consumer protection laws. During this period, you may cancel your membership for a full refund, provided you have not accessed any membership benefits.
4.2 After the 14-day period, membership fees are non-refundable, except as required by Irish law.
4.3 You may cancel your membership at any time; however, no refunds or prorated fees will be provided for the unused portion of your membership.

5.2 Any misuse of membership privileges, including sharing membership details, may result in suspension or termination of benefits without refund.
